Yesterday, Google announced the new additions at a press event at their Mountain View campus

As a tradition Google again came with new search options for search freaks. Google started showing search options on the bar below the Google logo and just beside the term “Web”.

Google’s new search options let you filter the search results in the way you want. Let me drive deep in to this. Previously if you search for “Che Guevara” in Google, you were able to see millions of webpages as results. If you want to see videos of Che’ you need to click on “videos” link on top and Google used to display only videos from youtube and Google. Now with the new “search options” feature, you can easyly navigate to videos of Che’ with out navigating to Google videos and interesting point is here you’ll see list of videos from all sources not only from Google and Youtube. This means Google present videos results also in the new search options. This is same with images as well.

Hey hey..not only the mentioned two features, but you can enjoy results specific to forums, results specific to reviews, time based results and Wonder Wheel etc.,
