Google Wave is the new architecture of communication on the web. Typically this can be a new tool for users to communicate and collaborate. Google wave is going to benchmark new strategies in the online communication.
Google Wave is a new collaboration and communication product. Google Wave introduces a new platform built around hosted conversations called Waves. This model enables people to communicate and work together in new and more effective ways.
Google Wave provides the users to operate their own server and have it communicate with other wave servers. This is contrast to the email service works today and Google or Yahoo operates the mail servers.
The new wave is contrast to the existing system and it will enable users to build their own server with out involvement of Google. This means that organizations can deploy their own servers and can decide how they want to show to outside world. And companies can build their wave servers and can sell to others as well. Users can have their own SMTP server.
Wave will be based on the existing messaging standard, XMPP (eXtensible Messaging and Presence Protocol). So a lot of Web developers will be able to get started quickly on writing Wave extensions and apps. As well as building their own servers to run Wave or back-end services for their Wave plug-ins.
